Direkt am riesigen Sandstrand liegt diese schöne Ferienresidence, ganz in der Nähe der Region der Katharerschlösser. Besuchen Sie von dort aus in Eigenregie Carcassone, Béziers oder Narbonne oder das Hinterland der Aude. In der Umgebung können Sie segeln, surfen, tauchen, reiten, klettern, wandern u.v.m. .
Lage der Unterkunft
Direkt am feinen Sandstrand liegt die Ferienanlage in einem 6 Hektar großen Park, 8 km von Gruissan und 15 km von Narbonne entfernt.
Unterkunft
Die Anlage verfügt über Rezeption, Bar, Poolanlage, Tennis, Minigolf, Sportplatz und Kinderspielplatz. Die Unterkünfte und die Angebote der Ferienanlage sind 2007 komplett renoviert worden.
Zur Auswahl stehen folgende Kategorien:
2-Zimmer-Appartements bis 4 Personen (Kat. A)
Die Appartements sind 40 m² groß und verfügen über einen Aufenthaltsraum mit Schlafcouch ( Schlafplätze), einen Schlafraum mit zwei Einzelbetten, Bad oder Dusche und WC, Terrasse sowie Küchenzeile mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien.
2-Zimmer-Appartements bis 5 Personen (Kat. B)
Ausstattung wie Kat. A, allerdings 48 m² mit 3 Schlafplätzen (Schlafcouch) im Aufenthaltsraum.
2-Zimmer-Appartements mit Meerblick bis 4 Pers. (Kat. C)
Die Appartements sind 40 m² groß, ausgestattet wie Kat. A, aber mit Meerblick.
3-Zimmer-Bungalows bis 4 Personen (Kat. D)
Die ebenerdigen Bungalows sind 27 m² groß und verfügen über einen Aufenthaltsraum, einen Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett (140 cm) sowie einen Schlafraum mit Etagenbett (über Eck), außerdem Bad/WC, Terrasse und Küchenzeile (wie unter Kat. A beschrieben).
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, ein Babybettchen aufzustellen.
Anreise
Die Bahnanreise ist bis Narbonne (TGV), 18 km von der Anlage enfernt, möglich. Wir empfehlen unbedingt die Buchung eines Mietwagen oder die individuelle Pkw-Anreise, Parkplätze sind in der Wohnanlage vorhanden.
